#AskTheExpert my daughter is 9 months old and from last few days suddenly she stopped having milk or anything which is saltless. what should I do?

A. well this can be phase. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutthe baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

A. If your baby has started on solids, it's best to give them their meal first, and then offer their milk half an hour later. If your baby still refuses, then give an extra course of something made with milk, such as cereal, yoghurt, rice pudding, custard, or a milky dessert.
