A. hi kids feel such pain is called growing pain but it can be nutritional deficiency too so ,first , i advise to give balanced diet. you can soothe the pain by giving massage on legs and foot . Avoid giving Ro water as now a days cases of vitamin b12 and vitamin D 3 deficinecy are increased due to ro water.
