spinach, ladyfinger, broccoli, sweet potatoes, beans, tofu, Soy milk, lentils. Brown rice, ragi etc are high in calcium. Nuts like almonds are rich in calcium.

not necessary to have deficiency
it might be growing pain.
I advise to avoid giving RO water as it can lead to calcium and vitamin B12 deficiencies
give calcium rich food more
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
give Massage on legs with Babyhug massage oil
