as kids grow they gain their self identity and have their own likes and dislikes
but it is very important that they get all essential nutrients in adequate quantities too
so please offer different dishes with different taste and different ingredients
make food presentation attractive
for example
use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents
along with rice ,you can prepare pulav,mix veg khichdi, multi grain dosa , dhokla, idli etc
but please prefer homemade healthy food.
