#asktheexpert my daughter is 3 years and 10 months.. often has stomach ache. or constipation and consulted doctor.Temporarily it resolves.. later again continues.

A. dont allow watching tv mobile or any other gadgets at meal times

A. hi kids at this stage of age having this issue due to one or more reasons ,like : stool withholding habit fast eating habit stress inadequate intake of fluids and fibers so please ensure that your child should drink enough fluids dont force your child to use washroom ensure that your child feel safe ,secured and well cared.
