#AskTheExpert my daughter is 16 months old n exerts a lot of pressure while defecating.. is this normal? sometimes she doesn't but usually does.

prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables.
usually it happens due to dehydration and lack of fibre diet
