Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. you can give at present fabrex plus syrup 5 ml. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

This is that you check with your doctor and go ahead with the medication suggested by the doctor as the doctor would be able to help and understand what is the problem what is the reason behind cough and fever connected with each other or not or it’s a viral and accordingly they can help you with medicines
