A. Hi, Nasal drops are simply salt water dear. You can give it several times in a day. No harm of it dear. Give baby medicine after consulting doc of cold and cough, if it is severe. Give indirect steam also. This will also help. Apply vcs baby rub on chest and feet of the baby.
