A. Okay so also you should look for it if your child is understanding everything giving a response to you for everything that you say following your simple commands then it is not a problem so you should try and talk to you more your child more and more than the child is going to pick up the speech but if any of the other things that I am saying previously are not in place then you should consult your doctor once
