A. Hello good afternoon !! Constipation in new born babies on Breast feed is common don't worry untill 3-4 days if baby is normally taking feed, without gas tight tummy problem. As baby is having tight tummy do tummy massage with warm Coconut oil or warm castor oil on baby's tummy and gently massage for 10 minutes in clockwise direction with fingers. Enoma is not safe ,only breast feed baby and do regular tummy massage to relive from Constipation.
