See Mostly the height of the child is completely genetic but sometimes you do the change of hormones or stopping the growth of hormones can also lead to less height or stagnant height it’s better that you get a check with your doctor to figure out as to what is the issue and also you can take a guidance from homoeopathic doctor on this
