#asktheexpert my daughter has TSH 16. She is taking thyronorm 75 for 4days / week and thyronorm 50 for 3days/ week. How long will it take her TSH to be normal

A. Let me tell you honestly thyroid once starts there is no stock to It sometimes people with time maybe a year or so can get the levels into control but one time it is going to be in your body it is very difficult to get rid of it so I am going to recommend you to try some home remedies when you should have coriander water in the morning and you can also do some yoga exercises which is associated with thyroid gland and also I am going to suggest you to apply oil onto your thyroid area on your neck before you go to sleep every night you can check this video on YouTube with fit tuber I’m sure you’ll get a lot help from that
