#AskTheExpert my daughter has not been eating well after she got the flu. she is 10 months old. And regarding her poop its always hard.

try to maintain proper temperature as children have a weak thermoregulatory mechanism. skin dryness should be avoided .
seasonal flu and other Infection should be taken care appropriately .
A good healthy diet and proper vaccination is important as well .
