#asktheexpert My daughter has completed her two and half years of her age but she is very slow in with her food she doesn't want to her food therefore I am very conscious of her diet... What should I give her so that she could get her nutrition..

A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child. offer more liquids and fruits to improve appetite and digestion

U Should consult a nutrition expert ones regarding the same because what will happen is the doctor would be able to advise you with all the correct things that you should be including in the diet of your child for a healthy weight gain an overall growth of your child but in any case it’s very important for your child to eat the food properly
