A. hi yes , child can get stomach pain due to constipation . so ,its important to rule out constipation problem first. and for this , you need to increase child's fluid intake. give few sips of water at 2 hours gap. you may give spinach soup ,tomato slices , sesame seeds in one tsp quantity , fresh fruits etc.
