#AskTheExpert my daughter got itchy red rashes all over her body. what could be the reason? do I need to consultant with doctor?

it happens when a child is getting allergic reaction to something like fabric food or cosmetics, heat or sweating or Infection
so please keep an eye on your child diet
avoid giving spicy food and citrus fruits for now
keep her well hydrated
choose loose fitting Cotton clothes
avoid using any cosmetics
give warm water bath with neem leaves
