#asktheexpert My daughter don't want to drink milk. every time I insist her she vomits. is it allergy of milk or something else? I am really worried about her calcium intake. pls suggest

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, your child is 4 year splus. So do not it force her for milk. As she has found a way out to stay away from milk.
Give her after a gap of few days. Also.yiu can mix horlicks, complan, Pedia sure etc
As they may help. You can make banana shake as well
