Looking at the age of the child that could be two commonly associated with that cause could be that a child may be having its pre-molar and because of that the child is not getting sufficiently hungry not sleeping well and being cranky or irritable second could be due to deficiency of iron need to figure out what can be the issue with your child please visit your paediatric once
