Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. 
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritigs or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given suos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

Okay so I don’t mean to scare you please don’t take me otherwise but a lot of time these days girls age of 10 years also so this could be because of that also there could be one reason and secondly if that’s not that’s very good but then it could be something associated with your stomach so I would suggest you to consult a gastrologist regarding thisWrite Your Answer Here
