Hello, your baby girl is 25 months old but she doesn’t speak properly so don’t worry if he is speaking monologues words like mamma and papa etc she may speak fluently after 3 years

its quite ok if he/she didnt speak,child take their own time,my baby hirl started to soeak at 2 years,my cousin started at the age of 5 yrs and my boy started to speak at just 15 months so it varies from child to child,wait give him time,talk to him,expose them to other child inetraction is important, if still it doesn't work consult doctor but before that talk to your child give him time its not too late.

If needed you can consult your doctor ones regarding the same as in the guarding the same they can tell you as to what would be the issue as to why your child is not able to speak properly so I think the best thing to go ahead with. Consultation with the speech therapist ones
