#AskTheExpert My child wakes up 2-3 times at night and asks for milk. Is it normal? He sleeps 2 hrs in day and 8 hrs at night. He weighs ard 10.5 kg.

yes mam ,it is completely normal.
but prefer to offer heavy food like sheera , rab at night time meal which will help you to decrease night time waking frequency of child.
try to put your child for sleep back by gently patting or rubbing his/her back .
or offer water instead of milk .
