better consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised..
give semi solid diet as khichdi dalia oats etc

Include curd and buttermilk to improve your child’s digestion and gut health. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice.
