give Natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk banana etc more
avoid giving junk food items.
give light food like khichdi, curd rice with roasted jeera powder, upma, fruits more
keep your child well hydrated
you can give two or three mint leaves with pinch of salt and two drops of ginger juice daily in morning.

for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially  iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients.
one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types  of nutrients essential for growth.
any kind of xr infection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise.
after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.
