Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. If your child has not uttered even a single word yet, then you should get your child's hearing test done once. This should be done especially if ur child is not following your instructions. But if everything seems fine then continue communicating with your baby and urge him to speak. If u r not seeing any improvement or very much worried please consult with a speech therapist.
