#AskTheExpert my child is having fever, runny nose and cough since three days.... can we give any cough syrup

A. please give febrex plus syrup 5ml 3 times a day Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby
