#asktheexpert my child is always jumping around and has difficult to sit at one place. Also he sleep late at night but in the afternoon he sleep quickly

Your child is hyper which is common these days are hyperactive child will never sit at one place the same thing I’m saying with my daughter but it is that you just have to keep your child busy to their energy you should involve them into activities so things will work out your way over the period and avoid giving daytime nap completely so that your child would get tired and sleep by eight or nine in the night which is going to be good in the long run in the school schedule also
