#AskTheExpert My child is 3.5 months old, she is not pooping, it has been 8 days already. Can you suggest any potent laxative ? It is her normal routine now from 1 month, she doesn't poop for 8 days

you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of ageBaby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child .
vitaminfe C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.
Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.
Give all the vaccination required.
