#asktheexpert my child is 2 month old . Whenever he is sleeping at night he grunts a lot and makes noise in sleep, moves his hand over face . What could be the reason for this?

Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain. Speak to your doctor for further guidance in this matter. Good luck and take care.
