A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so thhiiat he can learn to speak sentences properly. if thfe speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. If your child is still on making eye contact with you maybe your child may not be responding to its name also very much please check for that because sometimes when the child does not respond to name or make it I contact there could be a problem and win just the child is responding in understanding every thing but not making an eye contact that is usually due to iron deficiency so one time I believe you should consult a specialist
