kindly give syrup allegra 2.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 3 ml twice daily.
give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavitys every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor andd give warm water to drink.
