ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, 1. Steam is the first thing you should try in case of cold.. 2.Roast the Ajwain n rock salt and take a soft muslin cloth and make a potli .. when warm apply gently on chest and back for chest congestion.
