Q.

#AskTheExpert my child doing hard stool and sometimes ignore to sit for stool. Also his belly size seen increased from rest of the body. Hard Stool is always a problem for him. Pls Suggest me a solution. Thank you.

A. can be due to for. constipation or hard stools is common in babies . Change diet habits . Avoid junk food . Give fibre rich diet like green leafy vegetables, palak , cauliflower etc . And fruits like papaya apple etc . Give plenty of water and other fluids also . Can give laxatives post 2 years age only under a pediatrician guidance .
