Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness  reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs  immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done alonggg with some analgesic like paracetamol. 
Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally .
Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated  and can be easily missed out most of the time .

Hello there, Ma’am. Please do not worry about it too much. It is really difficult to say anything without physical examination of the child. It is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advice properly. Please do not self medicate the baby.
