Q.

#asktheexpert my boy will be 7 months old in few days, he is on semi solids. I haven’t yet fed him milk items as i dont know what milk to use. Like for suji kheer formula or cow or buffalo milk? Please help

A. dear mom. you csn prepare kheer in normal cow milk, dont add formula milk or bm in it. but avoud ferding animal milk as a feeds till 1 yr of age
