#asktheexpert my boy is loosing weight, not eating properly and not sleeping properly. he sleeps around 2 am at night wakes up 10 or 11 am in the morning please suggest something for his sleep and weight gain

A. Potato, one of the staple food of our country, is loaded with several health benefits, and amongst them, one is the promotion of weight gain in kids. Potato has carbohydrates in it with amino acids. If you add potatoes in your child’s diet it will help him to gain weight. The best way is to grill them or bake them with butter, or simply mash them by sprinkling some seasonings on it. And if you can cook french fries for your kid once in a while, this can also be a good idea.
