Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. understanding of the commands and orders by the child is good no need to worry about the speech it will improve but if the child is not able to understand and follow the commands and orders meet your doctor for evaluation

That’s Quite less your child should at least be 15 to 20 words as of now so I’m just going to advise you to get it checked with the ENT doctor or a paediatrician ones they will be able to definitely suggest you something better on this because your child is having a delayed speech I believe
