#asktheexpert my boy having dry skin on both leg sides.can you suggest best solution for it?.and also having darkness on neck

A. In the neck area you can apply a mixture of white bread and milk and leave it for five minutes and then wash it do it on a regular basis also I would just like to tell you for the dryness I would advise you to go ahead with applying Evion vitamin E cream
