#asktheexpert my boy has stuffed dry nose, green phlegm comes only when he sneeze though once or twice a day from last 15 days please suggest any remedy...we tried nebulization, sinarest and alaspan ag

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Continue giving indirect steam by using a vaporiser close to the child twice a day by adding little ajwain seeds and warm compress on chest also helps and don’t worry it will be alright in few days

Without proper physical examination it is not possible to conclude anything. Consult your child’s doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Good luck and take care.
