#AskTheExpert my baby will be 6 months old on 8th july.what food should i give him from the very first day and how many times should i give him ? if possible give a chart of food given to a 6 month old baby.

A. Hi mom Start with dal water initially Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana mashed sweet potato Offer one new food at a time Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
