A. Hello mom a full term baby is expected to montly gain in the range of 300 gm to 1 kg and by the age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight. as the baby is on your feed hence take care of your diet, have healthy and nutritious food or drink preferably before baby feed time as that would ensure good quality milk and help in weight gain.
