my baby sleep only by 3 or 4 in the morning. she woke by 9 in night and sleep next day early morning 4 .how to Change her sleeping patterns. she will be very active during those time and went me to talk to her. but it is difficult to manage and be awake for so long hours. please suggest.

Hi sleep pattern takes time to normalize 
as she grows it will be ok
make daytime feeds interactive 
give tummy filing feeds
feed at least ten times a day

Hello ma’am Since your child is sleeping for such longer duration during the day time then how do you expect your child to sleep at night time. I can completely understand it’s very difficult sometimes to manage these things because our schedule completely gets here via. But still I Would suggest you that if you can manage keep your child away through the day and do not make your child sleep for that long duration or even if your child sleeps try to wake up your child in two hours or so so that your child is awake for that much time and then make your child sleep directly at night slowly gradually things will change but you’ll have to put in a lot of effort to it
