A. hi you may clean it with soft clean Cotton clothe or baby friendly tongue cleaner like Babyhug tongue cleaner. but always clean your child tongue after each feeding. and if a child is showing other discomfort like low apetite , irritability, fever etc along with it then please visit your pediatrician for once
