Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. that is totally normal so kindly to not worry and continue to give regular diet to the child made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and for overall growth it is advisable to give only homemade food

Hello ma’am Why there’s anything to be worried about for the same it’s important that your child should get the teeth whenever they get it it really doesn’t make a difference mostly after the age of six months a child starts to get its teeth so it’s 10 months it doesn’t make a difference perfectly fine
