Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello! Exclusively breastfed babies sometimes do not pass stools even for a week. It is normal as long as baby is healthy and active, not showing any symptoms of discomfort. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand
