#asktheexpert my baby night at not sleeping Mam and 12 ck sleep in my baby this 6 month baby borning and 6 month what food provid any tips plz

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and baby sleeping patterns changes mny times in a year.. please massage your baby before going to bed. also give bbay dal soup, khichdi, daliy, ragi porridge, potatoes, apple and banana aftwr six months of age. take care
