Dal And rice water is the right thing to begin with gradually you can shift to Vegetable purée you can use all kind of vegetables to make Peery out of it you can go for porridge khichadi fruits mashed banana mashed potato Paneer cheese curd the dairy products as all these things are healthy to be introduced
