#AskTheExpert my baby is six month and 10 days old.he had fever for 3 days, now from last two days his fever is down.but not smiling .what is the reason

A. Hello, your baby boy is 10 months old and he had a fever but now he is okay but he doesn’t smile so due to fever weakness so give him fruits juice vegetables soup
