#asktheexpert my baby is one year 8 months old now I quite breastfeeding is it ok to give cow milk n how much cow milk should be given everyday?

Once baby done more than one year old it is totally safe to start giving outside milk to your baby. So yes you can start giving cows milk now. Rather than this you should also try to give daily routine food to your baby and baby should take at least four meals in a day.
