#asktheexpert . my baby is now 4months 22 days old. from when can I start solid food . And what can be given .

You have to wait till you baby turned six months old then only you have to start giving solids and water to your baby till the time we we should be totally your mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to your baby. Mother’s milk contains all the nutritious baby need in regular diet
