A. it is important to rule out any type of discomfort the child is experiencing. sometimes it can be due to colic pain / digestive issues as well as due to some irritability or some discomfort in the mattress on which the child is sleeping which has to be taken care of. for small children you can use a swing as wegll as do swaddle as well as take a walk or you can take the child in the car which will help in improving the sleep of the child you have to alsgo rule out hunger which might be causing sleep discomfort

A. hi dear Sleep regression at 4 months is a real thing. But it's also completely normal and, most importantly, it's temporary. Sleep regression is the time when your baby's sleep patterns shift, they wake up often during the night, and they have a hard time going back to sleep. And if your baby is awake, so are you.
